He calls on further warfare on behalf of God. The title refers to a stereotype towards the West as our orientalism, but also means one who is western.<\/p>\n<p>The traditional orientialism is maybe not as evident today but there are other forms of orientalism. Especially towards Muslims which allude to a picture we get from mass media of the most militant and extreme.
