Once 2009, 2:11
synopsis
The video is made with old 16mm footage taken by my father when I was very little. It is a short poetic statement of memories of my childhood when a dam was built flooding a large area of Forest in Brazil. At the time, a man saved the animals that got trapped on treetops that became cut out from main land. The animals – especially monkeys of many kinds, couldn’t swim the large distances, and would probably die of famine. This man got the monkeys and other animals, put them in cloth bags and released them ashore. Mixing text and images I try tell this story.

Habeas Corpus 2006, 7:20
synopsis
In a first moment a voice recorder was given to F.S., a transsexual in
the process of becoming a woman.
F.S. speaks freely of her feelings, of her childhood while growing up in
a small countryside Brazilian town.
In a second moment a 5-year-old boy was asked to make a drawing,
whatever he wished; the result was very surprising.
