The Promotional Film Concerning the Archiving of Other People’s Memories is compiled out of found 8mm film and gives an insight into the activities of the IICADOM. The (found) Russian voice-over makes reference to scientific documentaries and omniscient educational broadcasts. It is an Ironic film, playing with the clichés of bureaucratic institutes. The Russian voice-over is also compiled out of found sound and the translation is quite arbitrary.
