Today, more than 30 months after Hurricane Katrina stroke New Orleans, the situation is almost unchanged. Only a very few buildings have been reconstructed and the greatest part of the city seems going on living the first moments after the cyclone arrived. This town could be the symbol of Bush’s years and of the new critical situation of the “richest country in the world”. In fact, forgotten by everybody, N.O. is not a symbol, but only another place where poor people try to survive.
